thanks for the update!!! i downloaded these, and got an all systems go -- i.e. it detected the printer wirelessly with a strong signal -- then it wouldn't actually work. says printer is off line. did you have that problem?

Yes. Were you able to figure out why. This continues to happen even with USB ...it is so annoying.

i just installed the necessary printer driver for my new macbook pro and still don't have the fax capabilities - where and how do i get the fax driver on my new MBP? i've had the same issues that have been discussed here - but my AppleCare customer support helped me get online - wirelessly. thanks.
